Inaugural Old Cats Society Golf Day

On Friday 11th November our president, Stephen May, organised the inaugural Old Cats Golf Society meeting at Walton Heath Golf Club in Surrey.

We would like to record our gratitude to Walton Heath members Andrew Brown, Andrew Lee, Charlie & Myles Waud for facilitating the use of this illustrious venue.

We were blessed with a perfect autumn day, treated to a course in outstanding condition and enjoyed their legendary hospitality.

The champion pair for 2017 is Old Cat Jeremy May and his cousin Ross Jordan with a combined score of 70 points off handicaps of 18 and 2 respectively. Ross carded a very impressive one over par 73.

Nearest the pin was OC Martin Shaw and OC Seb Schyberg won longest drive.

All 30 players are now members of the Society and applications may be made to Eloise for submission to the committee.
